Part-Time Commercial Lending Administrative Assistant

Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work three days a week as part of the team in our commercial lending department. The responsibilities and qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Provide administrative support for commercial lending team of attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants as needed.
  • Review, organize, assemble and scan documents in preparation for closings.
  • Prepare, circulate, and track signature pages for closings.
  • Scan documents and assist in the preparation of closing books.
  • Process and transmit client documents and materials.
  • Maintain client filing and stay current on file openings.
  • Draft professional correspondence, documents, agreements and memoranda as requested.
  • Provide quality, responsive customer service to clients and co-workers.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy; excellent grammar, proofreading and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and work well under pressure with deadlines.

  • Individuals must have a high school degree or equivalent and have one to two years of administrative support experience. Prior working experience in a law firm with commercial lending is preferred.
