Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work three days a week as part of the team in our commercial lending department. The responsibilities and qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support for commercial lending team of attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants as needed.Review, organize, assemble and scan documents in preparation for closings.Prepare, circulate, and track signature pages for closings.Scan documents and assist in the preparation of closing books.Process and transmit client documents and materials.Maintain client filing and stay current on file openings.Draft professional correspondence, documents, agreements and memoranda as requested.Provide quality, responsive customer service to clients and co-workers.Strong attention to detail, accuracy; excellent grammar, proofreading and communication skills.Ability to work within a team environment and work well under pressure with deadlines.
Individuals must have a high school degree or equivalent and have one to two years of administrative support experience. Prior working experience in a law firm with commercial lending is preferred.
