Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a full-time Information Technology Analyst to work in our IT Department. The responsibilities and qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and record end user-support tickets and other applications, as required.Document problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing processes.Read and develop technical manuals, confer with users or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.Test programs, correct errors and make necessary modifications.Work as part of a project team to coordinate solutions.Train users and answer questions.Approve, schedule and plan installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems such as the installation of new or existing software.May be required to provide after-hours support.Strong interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.Skill in written and verbal communication.
Individuals must have a Bachelor's degree and 0 - 5 years' experience in the Information Technology field. Previous Microsoft Office 2016, Windows 10 and teaching experience preferred.
